Pack Securely
Place the modem or router in its original packaging including all power adapters, ethernet cables, and manuals to ensure a full refund.
Ship and Refund
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
